Rancho 101 Masterplan
A 420-Acre Master Planning Community District in Gilroy, CA.
Wanmei Properties is partnered with a local landowner and City Officials in formulating a City-sponsored Annexation and Masterplanning effort for the former agricultural plot.
Located in Northern Gilroy off of the Masten Avenue 101 Exit, the new proposed uses include open space, commercial nodes, educational uses, and a variety of residential density ranges.
The City of Gilroy is conveniently located 32 miles south of San Jose, is planned as a future stop for the proposed High-Speed Rail Line, and is anticipated to grow exponentially as housing supply struggles to keep up with demand.
